The Sacred Calm Experience 
a 14 Day FREE Collective Activity

This is a 14 day experience on the topic of Stress management, Inner Healing and Meditation. This is for you if you have anxiety, mood struggles, want to find inner peace, learn how to meditate, and want to release stress from your body and mind.  If you constantly beat yourself up about feeling consumed with worry, stress, finances, or overwhelm this course will help you find more inner peace, calmness, coping strategies, and  acceptance. Dr. Angie is a whiz at helping people find a place of inner calm and how to honor your body with the self respect it deserves.

This is a time to renew your soul and strengthen your inner spirit. 

 

Each Day I will be going live for 10-20 minutes a day on a Sacred Tool such as Meditation, Breathwork, Tapping, a Journal Prompt or what ever Spirit Guides to me for that day. If you can not join live, I urge you to come back and listen each day on the Topic and Activity for the day.
